EUGENE COLES

Vice-President, Force Protection

Eugene Coles served in the Marines for twenty-two years, from squad leader to platoon commander (commanding mortar, anti-armor, and heavy machinegun platoons). He conducted foreign internal defense missions throughout the world, and has extensive experience in casualty evacuation; counter IED operations; counter insurgency operations; motorized operations in urban terrain; threat assessments; and force protection measures. Eugene is certified in tactical driving, concealed carry, tactical combat casualty care, and communications. He served in multiple deployments to the Middle East, South America, and many countries in the Asia Pacific Rim. Some of the military schools Eugene graduated from include jungle warfare and mountain warfare, and he is a distinguished graduate of the Infantry Platoon Sergeant’s Course. He has earned degrees in Political Science and International Relations, with a focus in the Middle East & North Africa, and minor in Arabic.
